This second hand car showroom is changing the public’s perception of this business; it get’s multiple 5* reviews and justifiably so.
My daughter and her boyfriend were both in the market for cars, both looking for Fiestas. There was a selection of 6 on show, Matt showed us around initially and allowed us to freely look around with no pressure. When asked to show us the records of the cars, he patiently sat with us and demonstrated all the documentation.
The cars were chosen and reserved whilst the buyers thought about their options overnight.
When the time came to buy the cars and exchange funds and documents, Gary stayed especially late for us, rather than leave it to the weekend.
You won’t be able to haggle the prices down much (if at all) as the cars are clearly carefully preselected, competitively priced and sell themselves. But you might be able to get a limited warranty, new tyres, a valet, etc thrown in.
After sales; one car had a blown cigar lighter fuse, a dreadful fault for members of the smart phone generation, but easily fixed by ourselves. The other developed an annoying squeak from the gearstick gimbals after 3 months, but was fixed in house by Chequers.
Simply put, Chequers can’t be praised enough. My eldest daughter is now looking for a new car and will be visiting Chequers.
