I’ve had my Audi A1 for just over a week and I’m super happy it! In the past we have used main dealers for car purchases but the experience at Chequers Cars is the best we have ever had. James gave us the time and space we needed to look over the car; no pressure selling at all. Organising the test drive was very relaxed. James was then happy to answer our questions and left us to make our own mind up. He even stayed past their usual closing time as we had not been able to get to Chequers until the evening. After closing the sale, we agreed when we would pick the car up and the following week the car was ready. The agreed work had been done and the car was fully cleaned and prepped for driving away in. The buyer’s gift box was a nice touch. Gavin dealt with organising road tax and handover of the final paperwork. Again, this was done in a friendly and professional manner. Overall, this was a refreshing car buying experience and I would highly recommend the team at Chequers. I will happily use them again when we need to change our main car.
