We had bought a nice little Fiat 500S just after Christmas and the customer service we received was amazing, from the moment we looked at the car, to the test drive and also attending to a couple of minor jobs before we picked it up, everything was smoothly executed.
Fast forward to mid February and the exhaust started to blow first thing in the morning when the engine was cold. We left it a couple of days until the weekend so we could have a better look and it turned out to be a broken exhaust manifold stud. We rang Chequers cars to see how we stood with a warranty claim to be told “give me 20 minutes to sort something out with our friendly garage then give them a ring” We rang the garage (Macs Autos) and they could not have been more helpful (unless they could move the garage closer to Bagshot station) Car was booked in for the Friday and duly dropped off. We had a call from them to say it was proving difficult and the car would not be ready until Monday, but mid afternoon they rang again to say it was all done! We cannot fault Chequers cars or Macs Autos and hope they read some of their reviews.
