Stumbled across this location whilst coming away disappointed from viewing another dealer’s 2 cars from our “hit list”.
We were looking for an automatic SUV, and Gavin caught us peeking into his roadside stock.
He then pointed us to a newly acquired vehicle out the back… in a yard which is deceptively hidden away…. with more stock than is first apparent.
He gave us his honest opinions and advice. Let us take the car out on a run. In short, it was a refreshing change from recent experiences, and I would later find-out, matched the marketing on the website in terms of mission statement. A rarity.
Terms were reached. Gavin kept to his word on all fronts, and money was exchanged.
A pleasant experience all-in-all, relaxed but professional. No pressure, and what I believe was honest, genuine customer service.
We will be back for the next oil change and MOT, but in the meantime I hope – respectfully – to not have to speak to Gavin in the interim!
